Bee’s Buds & Blooms is a minority woman-owned beginning farm based in LaSalle County, Illinois. Founded by Alyssa Boaz, the urban farm focuses on specialty herbs, edible flowers, and nutrient-dense produce grown using sustainable, small-scale practices designed to strengthen local food systems. 

Bee’s goals include creating value added products, like teas, herbal remedies, spice blends, jams, and hot sauces, by sourcing as many of the materials as hyper-local as possible.
